Store Pick up.

Store pick-up means you do not pay any shipment fees and prefer to come over to our live shop yourself to pick-up your order. Our live shop is situated in B-8640 Oostvleteren, Kasteelstraat 50. Attention : our live shop is only open from 14:00 to 18:00 on Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday. Make also sure you have a copy of your order to present to our live shop responsible.

Shipping and Transit Time Approximate shipping times are as follows:

* Most products are shipped within 1-5 business days after payment arrived into our account. We make every attempt to notify you if any shipment delays may arise. Also, please note, these shipping times only refer to the amount of time that the package is in transit.

* Ground Shipment: Up to 5-28 Business Days.

* Please note that we cannot guarantee that your order will ship out the day that you place the order. The delivery guarantees refer to carrier's commitment once the order has been shipped (left our warehouse). When we receive your order we begin working to pull all the items together, pack the order, and get it shipped out.

* We do not ship on major holidays and weekends.

* Courier services generally do not deliver on weekends and most holidays.

* The shipping price is calculated automatically when you check out of your online shopping cart.

* Unfortunately, we cannot ship yeast to PO. Boxes. Return Policy Once yeast leaves our premises we cannot accept it back as per Belgian regulations concerning yeast products. Claims can only be made on damaged goods and by following the appropriate steps outlined above.
